Government is constitutional after all: Mušić asked Nikšić to submit the 2015 Budget proposal!

Edin Mušić, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, wrote to Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić requesting that, "given the well-known circumstances regarding the issue of confirming the decision on the election of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he submit the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2015, the Law on the Execution of the Budget for 2015, as well as the financial plans of extra-budgetary funds in the form of a proposal under an urgent procedure," the Patria news agency learns.

- As you are aware, we are in a situation where we are in the second half of March 2015, when the deadline for the application of the Decision on the Temporary Financing of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina expires - the letter states.

This letter was sent in order to fulfill the interest of all citizens of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- This would fulfill the conditions for proceeding with the procedure established in the consideration of the said acts with a view to their adoption under an urgent procedure, with full respect for the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Mušić stated.

It is now clear that this Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is constitutional after all, even though Marinko Čavara has already asked two or three times for the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to urgently rule on its constitutionality.
