FBiH Government Instructs Tax Administration to Halt Enforcement Collection

The Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's emergency session held by phone, supplemented the conclusion adopted at its 60th session held on June 30, 2016, when it adopted the Report on the state of tax debt with a proposal of measures prepared by the Federal Ministry of Finance. The conclusion was supplemented in a way that the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH was instructed today to halt all enforcement collection activities until it establishes a database of all tax debts, Patria reports.

Namely, at the 60th session, one of the adopted conclusions was the instruction to this administration to, within 120 days, establish a database by collecting information from taxpayers with basic data on the reconciled status and maturity of tax debt as of March 31, 2016.

Today's conclusion enters into force on the day of its adoption.
