FBiH Government to consider agricultural damages due to snow and frost

The Government of the Federation of BiH will, at today's session in Sarajevo, also consider the initiative of 26 deputies in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH to amend the Labor Law, which relates to ensuring adoptive and foster parents the right to paid leave from work during the adaptation period, regardless of the child's age.

On the agenda is the proposal to extend the deadline for submitting applications for verification of old foreign currency accounts until September 30, 2017, and the Government will also declare its position on giving consent to initiate a public procurement procedure for services through an open procedure for the selection of a legal entity as a professional consultant in the preparation of tender documentation for the announcement of an international public call for the concession for exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in the Federation of BiH.

At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, the agenda also includes the Program for the expenditure of part of the funds determined in the FBiH Budget for 2017, which aims to subsidize payments by private companies and entrepreneurs for employee retirements, in the amount of 500,000 KM.

The Government will declare its position on four programs for the distribution of a total of 3,098,000 KM intended for foundations for publishing, library activities, cinematography, and musical, stage, and visual arts.

The transfer of fixed assets and completed works to end-users within the framework of the implementation of the Project "Energy Efficiency in Bosnia and Herzegovina" with a total value of 3,386,888.58 KM will be considered.

The Federal Government will also consider the Economic and Fiscal Policy Guidelines for the period 2018-2020, which aim to implement the medium-term fiscal strategy into budget methodology, and define the framework for the plans of budget and extra-budgetary users.

Today, the information from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry on agricultural damages due to snow and frost will also be considered.
