FBiH Government: Initiate Procedure for Continuation of Construction on Zvirovići - Počitelj Section

The Federal Government at today's session adopted information on the status of the project for the Počitelj - Bijača motorway section, subsection Zvirovići (Međugorje) - Počitelj on Corridor Vc, and ordered the Public Company Motorways of the Federation of BiH to, in accordance with the European Investment Bank (EIB) procedures and based on updated financial reports, continue the procurement procedure for the execution of works, supervision services and consulting services on the subsection Zvirovići (Međugorje) - Počitelj, LOT 1 and LOT2, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs was tasked to, within seven days, define a clear and efficient procedure for the application of Article 31, paragraph (3) of the Law on Expropriation, which the expropriation beneficiary will follow when submitting requests for early entry into possession of properties. It is also obliged to take necessary measures and provide professional support to the competent service of the Čapljina Municipality in finalizing expropriation procedures.

Motorways of the FBiH are tasked with undertaking all activities necessary for the start of the implementation of the construction project for the motorway subsection Zvirovići (Međugorje) - Počitelj on Corridor Vc after the adoption of the decision of the Government of the Federation of BiH on early entry into possession of expropriated properties.
