A total of 1.9 million shares of "Unis" - United Metal Industry Sarajevo, owned by the state, will be put up for sale on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) on June 11 with a starting price of 3.96 KM ($2.8/2.0 euro) per share, Patria reports.
The shares will be offered for sale in an extraordinary auction. The share capital of UNIS is divided into 4,144,165 shares.
As of May 27, 2013, a total of 258 shareholders were registered in the Securities Register of the Federation of BiH. The largest shareholder with ownership of 1,900,000 shares is the Government of the Federation of BiH (FMERI) - Mostar.
