FBiH Government: Control of Allocated Agricultural Subsidies Continues

The Federal Government was briefed on the Report of the Working Group on the performed control of certain decisions made based on the Public Call for the allocation of funds for the realization of requests within the rural development model - capital investments and investments, and was informed about the Information of the Commission for Rural Development of June 22, 2015, and its supplement of July 1, 2015, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The Government tasked the competent investigative and inspection bodies of the Federation of BiH to, in accordance with their competencies, examine the allegations and take measures based on the Report of the Working Group and the Report on the Audit of Financial Statements of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry as of December 31, 2012.

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry is tasked with forming a new Commission for Rural Development which will carry out the handover of received documentation and cases, process the remaining 420 unrealized requests based on the Public Call, and propose to the Government of the Federation of BiH a method for their resolution.

The Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs is tasked with continuing controls of allocated funds and their intended use.
