FBiH Government: Main building of Villa Braun handed over to the Tax Administration

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Federal Government has approved the harmonization of the general point value for 2021, in accordance with Article 78 of the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, by 3.1 percent, and its value should amount to 15.61 KM.

The FBiH Government has approved the company Operator - Terminali Federacije d.o.o. Sarajevo to allocate the amount of 212,212.62 KM from the total unspent funds of the fee for establishing oil derivative reserves for 2019 from the 2019 tax year to the labor costs position, in accordance with the Decision on the manner of dedicated spending of funds generated from the fee for establishing oil derivative reserves for the period 2019-2021.

The Government has approved the Business Plan of JP Ceste FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for 2021. The consolidated text of the Decision on the preparation, content and application of forest management plans, determined by the FBiH Government Office for Legislation and European Union Harmonization, was verified today.

The Government has handed over the main building of "Villa Braun" in Sarajevo, with an area of 890 m2, to the FBiH Tax Administration for use free of charge.

Today, the information from the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry on the realization of credit funds disbursed through Union banka d d. Sarajevo, as well as the bank's report on the portfolio of commission loans of the Federal Ministry for the period 2017-2020, were adopted. The FBiH Government concluded that it supports the further development of the Permanent Revolving Fund of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry and recommends this or a similar lending model to other institutions.

The FBiH Government adopted the information from the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications on the work of vehicle technical inspection stations and gave full support to the implementation of activities in this area. The Government believes that the conditions have not been met for the application of Article 73 of the Rulebook on Vehicle Registration, i.e., that technical inspections are recognized during the vehicle registration process regardless of where they were carried out in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Federal Government calls on the Council of Ministers of BiH and the competent ministry of BiH to organize an inter-entity meeting to resolve this issue.

Today, the information on the project "Support to Governments in BiH in Strategic Communication regarding Key Reform Measures within the Reform Agenda", prepared by the FBiH Government Office for Public Relations, was adopted. This office is tasked with taking over the management of the web and mobile application of the Inter-institutional Network of Communicators (MIMK) created for the level of government in FBiH.
