
At today's session, the FBiH Government passed a Decision authorizing Lidija Šimić as an authorized representative of the FBiH Government at the general meeting of the company "Feroelektro" d.d. Sarajevo, reports the Patria News Agency.
The Federal Government has given the Supervisory Board of "Sarajevoputevi" d.d. Sarajevo preliminary approval for the dismissal of the members of the previous Supervisory Board, as well as for the temporary appointment of the Supervisory Board of this company in the composition of Suvad Alibašić and Mirel Mišković. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board of "Sarajevoputevi" was given, due to the expiry of their mandate, preliminary approval for the appointment of Nataša Fazlić as the President of the Management Board - General Director, until the completion of the selection procedure, and for a maximum period of six months.
The Government gave the Supervisory Board of Ceste d.d. Mostar preliminary approval for the dismissal of the members of the Management Board and executive directors of this company. Also, preliminary approval was given for the appointment of Kristijan Milas as acting director - member of the Management Board and acting executive directors Zdenko Propadalo (for technical affairs), Darko Lakić (for economic and financial affairs), and Milan Vukoja (for legal and general affairs) of Ceste d.d. Mostar. These appointments are valid until the completion of the selection procedure, and for a maximum period of six months.
The Government gave preliminary approval for the dismissal of the previous and for the appointment of acting members of the Supervisory Board of BH Telecom for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the selection procedure, starting from the date the Assembly's Decision on appointing Supervisory Board members comes into effect. Approval for temporary appointment was given to Ševal Kovačević, Mugdim Mandžuka, Nedin Dedić, Haris Delizaimović, Ibrahim Velić, and Vjekoslav Ivanković.
The Supervisory Board of JP Hrvatske pošte d.o.o. Mostar received approval from the Federal Government today for the dismissal of the members of the Management Board - directors and executive directors - before the expiry of their mandate due to loss of confidence, and preliminary approval for the appointment of Mate Rupčić as acting director - president of the Management Board and acting executive directors Ljuba Vujica (for postal technology) and Ivan Sušac (for system development and marketing) of Hrvatske pošte, until the completion of the selection procedure, and for a maximum period of six months.
The Federal Government gave preliminary approval for the dismissal of the members of the Supervisory Board of JP Ceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo, before the expiry of their mandate due to loss of confidence. Furthermore, it gave preliminary approval for the appointment of Željko Petrović, Haris Jašarević, Damir Anić, Osman Lindov, and Daliborka Marić as acting members of the Supervisory Board of this public company for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the selection procedure, starting from the date the Assembly's Decision on appointing Supervisory Board members comes into effect.
The Government gave preliminary approval to the Supervisory Board of Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar for passing the Decision on appointing Goran Kraljević as a member of the Management Board - executive director for the mobile network of this public company.
All decisions come into effect on the day they are made and will be published in the "Official Gazette of FBiH".
Amra Đendušić (President), Damir Šapina, Denijal Pelidija, Mirjana Vučić, and Mirsada Jahić (members) were appointed to the Commission for the selection and appointment of supervisory board members in companies with state capital where the FBiH Government exercises FBiH competencies.
With a Decision amended today, the FBiH Government appointed the president of the Independent Trade Union of Civil Servants and Employees in State Administration Bodies, Judiciary, and Public Institutions in FBiH, Salih Kruščica, to the Working Group for the drafting of the working version of the Law on Civil Service of FBiH and the Law on Employees in State Administration Bodies in FBiH.
The Government amended a previous Decision, appointing Jasminka Mujkić as a member of the Council for Price Monitoring, it was announced from the FBiH Government.
