FBiH Government today considers proposal on awarding and revoking police ranks

The Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's session which began in Mostar, has on its agenda the Proposal of the Decree on employment incentives which regulates the conditions for use and the procedure for exercising the right to subsidize employers in the case of hiring unemployed persons without work experience, i.e., length of service in the profession for which they were educated, and self-employment of unemployed persons, reports the Patria news agency.

This proposal also determines the sources of funds, criteria for their allocation and supervision over their use, as well as other issues of importance for ensuring effective and responsible management of funds allocated for these purposes from the FBiH Budget.

For 2015, 20 million KM was allocated from the budget for employment incentives, while for 2016 an increase to 50 million KM is planned.

Today, the Preliminary Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Freedom of Access to Information in the Federation of BiH will also be considered. The goal of the amendments is to achieve full unity of legal solutions contained in this law, and simpler, faster and easier exercise of the right to access information.

Consideration is also planned for the Preliminary Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Archival Material of the FBiH, which regulates the issue of the right to appeal against decisions made by the Archives of the FBiH in the exercise of its powers.

The Federal Government has on the agenda of today's session the Proposal of the Decree on awarding and revoking ranks to police officers of the FBiH, because the current one has not fully and clearly regulated the concept of rank and the purpose of its existence, as well as proposals for decisions on amendments to the Decision on the List of Medicines of the Compulsory Health Insurance of the FBiH and the List of Medicines in Hospital Health Care of the FBiH.

The FBiH Government will consider the text of the Debt Management Strategy for the period 2016-2018 and the Public Investment Program of the Federation of BiH for this period.
