Vispak acquired 48.8% of Svjetlostkomerc shares

Vispak d.d. Visoko acquired 48.8% of Svjetlostkomerc  d.d. Sarajevo shares on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange. In this regard, Vispak is announcing a tender within the legally prescribed period for the takeover of the company Svjetlostkomerc d.d. Sarajevo.

Svjetlostkomerc d.d. Sarajevo is the leading Bosnian-Herzegovinian retail chain specializing in the sale of books, textbooks, school supplies, giftware, and office supplies.

- Svjetlostkomerc is the market leader in its industry. The company currently owns 17 retail outlets equipped to the highest standards a bookstore should have. Our intention is to strengthen our leading position, expand our business, and complement our portfolio with new services and assortments - state Vispak company representatives.

Svjetlostkomerc has over 10,000 square meters of its own business premises, of which over 6,000 square meters are in the most attractive location in Sarajevo. Svjetlostkomerc has signed distribution and sales agreements with all relevant foreign and domestic publishing houses, authors of books and textbooks, as well as the most famous world manufacturers of school and office supplies, and distributes brands such as Staedtler, Junior, Double A, Cassa, Walker, Duki Daso, Miquelrius, etc.

Svjetlostkomerc is a synonym for a bookstore in BiH and a wholesaler of school supplies and office materials, and is a recognizable brand in the domestic market, with a tradition of over 70 years. The company currently employs 80 workers.
