SARAJevo, (Patria) - Police officers of the Novi Grad Police Department arrested A.Š., born in 1989 in Višegrad, residing in Sarajevo, yesterday, on grounds of suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of grand theft.
On March 26, the suspect stole a VW Golf passenger vehicle, owned by A.B. from Sarajevo, from a garage in Bulevar Meše Selimovića street, Novi Grad municipality, Sarajevo. The police officers found the vehicle in Dobojska street, Novo Sarajevo municipality.
The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office was informed, and A.Š. was handed over to the detention facilities for persons deprived of liberty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton.
Work continues on documenting the mentioned criminal offense, it was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton.
