More than 45 people were killed in a double bombing attack on Tuesday at a market in Maiduguri, northeastern Nigeria, according to a medical team employee and witnesses, world agencies report, Patria reports.
As Dogara Shehu from the medical team on site said, "more than 45 people were killed, some of them decapitated" in the double attack on the Monday Market in Maiduguri, which corresponds to what several other witnesses have said.
An official from Nigeria's National Emergency Management Agency confirmed that "many people were killed" without providing an exact number.
