Council of Ministers to discuss establishment of BiH NATO Integration Process Commission

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina is expected to discuss the Proposal of the Decision on the Establishment of the Commission for the NATO Integration Process of Bosnia and Herzegovina today.

Also on the proposed agenda is the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Excise Duties in Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Steering Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH. 

The Council of Ministers of BiH is also expected to give its opinion on the Proposal of the Decision on the Cessation of Operation of the Project Implementation Unit for the Construction of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures of BiH, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures of BiH, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on Determining the Start Date of Operation of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures of BiH, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH. 

The agenda also includes Information on the situation in the field of migration in BiH in relation to the increased inflow of migrants to BiH, Information on the participation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Erasmus+ program in the part related to education and youth, and Information regarding the demining of the right bank of the Sava River. 

The Council of Ministers of BiH is expected to give its opinion on the Proposal of the Decision on the Allocation of Funds from the current grant "Co-financing of Cultural Institutions Projects in BiH" for 2018, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on Approving the Current Budget Reserve of the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2018, and the Report on the Execution of the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for the period I – IX 2018. 

According to the agenda of the Council of Ministers, the Analysis of the Sustainability of BiH's Public Debt for the period 2018 – 2022, the Report on the Work of the Steering Board of the Export Credit Agency of BiH for 2017, and opinions regarding appointments and expiry of mandates in BiH institutions within the competence of the Council of Ministers of BiH will also be considered.
