Council of Ministers of BiH up-to-date at the end of its mandate, ANP and budget on the agenda

(Patria) - The Draft Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021, with the Draft Decision on the Adoption of the Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021, as well as the Draft Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2022 with the Draft Decision on the Adoption of the Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2022, proposed by the Commission for Cooperation with NATO BiH, will be on the agenda of the Council of Ministers of BiH at tomorrow's session.

Also on the agenda is the Draft Document of the Framework Budget of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2023 - 2025, proposed by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.

Ministers will also consider the Information on the progress of activities on the adoption of the Law on the Budget of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and International Obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2023 and the impossibility of applying the Law on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Allowances, and the decision on personal income adopted by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina during 2022.

Although the process of forming government is underway, which in BiH lasts for several months, HDZ BiH has clearly stated that they expect the government to be formed in December so that budgets at both the FBiH and state levels can be adopted by the end of December.

We remind you that the saga with the adoption of the budget of BiH institutions and international obligations for 2022 lasted until June 2022.
