Does the EU, US, and the Troika See This: Dodik is Running a Victory Lap of the 'Russian-Serbian World' Ahead of Announced Decisions!

It was December 15, 2022, when Milorad Dodik said that the goal of the documents was the effective formation of government at the joint level and that “in an unusually fast way for BiH, an agreement was reached”.

He was talking about the newly established Council of Ministers of BiH, to the delight of the Troika partners and the international community, primarily the US Embassy in BiH and the OHR. Specifically, Ambassador Michael Murphy and High Representative Christian Schmidt. With this government, they knocked out one leg of the tripod (SDA and DF) and thought the problems were solved!

Only wise minds knew that such a rapid establishment of government without clear red lines further endangered the existence of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dodik cared about the seats. Positions from which he would further undermine BiH! Just as the appointment of the Minister of Finance is currently more important to him than any other reform laws.

And a few months later (from the pro-European Dodik) on his way to the European right-winger Viktor Orbán, Dodik declares:

„Today there is a foreigner - a German, who is trying to act like an occupier and thinks that it is enough for him to have the wind at his back from the American administration to impose laws on Serbs, to pass judgments, to seize property, to seize Republika Srpska and the Serbian identity.

That will not pass and cannot pass, and Republika Srpska is ready to go all the way”.

Dodik was also ready to go all the way in December 2022, but Elmedin Konaković, Nermin Nikšić, and Edin Forto did not see it. At that time, only NES and SBiH (Nermin Ogrešević and Semir Efendić) assessed the situation as it was, and the desire for seats did not cloud their minds!

The international community clearly knew this. In the end, the Americans brought Dodik to power, witnessed his metamorphoses and his departure from social democracy to Milošević's idea. Therefore, one must openly question the goal of foreigners in BiH.

However, they must know that Dodik is not alone. He proves this by going to Hungary, and soon he will go to Russia again. He does not leave Serbia, and Aleksandar Vučić continues to build the 'Serbian world' under the auspices of Russia and Vladimir Putin!

While Europe fears Russia, it is incomprehensible that Dodik continues to be supported, and through him, Russian influence in this part of the world will precisely strengthen. And do not doubt that before these 'final steps', he is not running his last lap from Hungary to Russia, in order to gain additional strength and support for that final act!

Through Dodik, the Kremlin has absolute control over the developments in the never-fully-resolved post-Yugoslav crisis. He and Vučić know the steps and are gradually realizing their plans.

The million-dollar question remains open - who will resolve the political crisis that threatens to return Bosnia and Herzegovina to a state of armed conflict?

What is preventing Dodik from moving towards final dissolution, if he has the wind at his back from Russia and Hungary. The blacklist has not stopped him so far, nor will the indictment from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, which he will use to homogenize the Serbian people and further humiliate BiH institutions. And no one will dare to write about it, because the law he introduced practically prohibits the truth! And the truth is that Dodik was and remains an American man, just with two different costumes in his political actions.

And as colleague Belko recently said, if what the representatives of the international community have said over the past two and a half decades had been done, Bosnia and Herzegovina would be sovereign and independent both de facto and de jure.

And in such a state, Dodik and his accomplices in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska would have been arrested on charges of state coup. Just as the Kingdom of Spain did when forces in Catalonia thought they were stronger than the state.

Weak indictments that benefit Dodik rather than harm him, while he is supported by Hungary and Russia, will not stop the 'Serbian world'. Europe will soon know this, and it will have to stop pretending to be dead, but I fear it will be too late!

Because Dodik is already running his last victory lap! After Orbán, he will soon be in Moscow with Putin, only the public announcement of the long-kept secret is awaited. This part of the world sees Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state community, and now the extent of the stupidity, political immaturity, and damage caused by Konaković begging Szijjártó to help is becoming apparent!
