(Patria) - Users around the world were unable to access Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and YouTube for some time yesterday.
The social media outage sparked numerous reactions on X, and after Facebook logged users out of their accounts, everyone was asking just one thing - when it would be back up.
Viber used the social media outage for advertising, humorously inviting people to install the app, reports Index.
"Keep the conversation safe, reliable and pleasant. Download Rakuten Viber now and feel the difference," they wrote alongside a photo of the icon and the caption: "In case of emergency."
