You who unprincipledly criticize the judiciary: Do you know Ćiza's story and what about the murdered civilians of Biljani

Does anyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the political elites, especially those who have been criticizing the BiH Court in recent days, intentionally omitting the BiH Prosecutor's Office, know who Izet Arifović-Ćiza is?

They don't know, because they don't want to know. They don't raise their voices for the fighters of the Army of RBiH whom the Prosecutor's Office is burying with indictments, because they cannot build their political power on that!

And Izet Arifović is a man who passed away with the heavy burden of injustice of today's BiH, the one for which Ćiza fought and won. He - Ćiza will not see justice.

At that time, Elmedin Konaković wasn't coming for anyone, nor were those from SDA, SDP, and other parties coming, because Ćiza was just an ordinary fighter!

In the letter he left behind, he revealed what half of the judges of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina know, what the BiH Prosecutor's Office knew very well, and that is that the protected witness O, S, (who knows what letter it will be in other cases) is not telling the truth!

The paradox of the BiH judiciary in this case was reflected in the fact that in two separate proceedings before the Court of BiH, a panel of identical composition characterized the testimony of the same protected witness in completely different ways, which undoubtedly leads to legal uncertainty.

Namely, an identical panel, in the verdict against Ćiza and others, gave credence to the same witness – who testified under the pseudonym O-2, while the Court panel in the proceedings against Naser Orić did not give credence to the key protected witness O-1. Do I need to say that 0-1 and O-2 are the same person!

Everyone knew that the man was not even close to the place for which the Prosecutor's Office accused him. SIPA members knew, the acting prosecutor and the court panel knew. Everyone knew, but they participated together in convicting the man to 10 years, and he died a few months later due to injustice.

Well-paid members of judicial institutions just need to do their job and justice will be served, that's what they teach us, but in practice they prove the opposite.

As long as politicians have their fingers in the judicial system, there will be no justice. And especially the politics from Serbia, which does its job well by installing its cadres in the judiciary. Thus, today, it is clearly not enough to have 10 accused in the Dobrovoljačka case; they are also indicting Kerim Lučarević. Purely for the sake of it, it will be needed on the path of historical revisionism, all according to the SANU plan.

The practice over the last 30 years has shown that those who are supposed to protect the interests of citizens and ensure their safety play a leading role in corruption and crime, and they participate day after day in fabricating court proceedings and verdicts based on their own impressions, as they state in the verdicts because evidence is not even important to them.

When evidence does become important, and whoever has read the verdict in the Memić case knows what I'm talking about, then theses are reversed and excuses are sought!? It is unacceptable, almost tragic, how much some politicians participated in the misfortune and epic tragedy of the Memić family.

The same ones who were not very vocal in earlier processes where injustice also occurred.

There is no internal control in judicial institutions. The HJPC is preoccupied with itself, so there are no examples of sanctions being taken against those who violate professional and ethical norms.

Instead of doing their job for which the poor of Bosnia pay them well, various freeloaders employed in judicial institutions are making a fuss about how it is possible that the truth about their criminal activities can be written.

They carry this out under the guise of impermissible pressure on the judiciary.

And, for example, in the Dobrovoljačka case, the entire public knows the background, even the place where the indictment was fabricated.

Innocent people are subjected to torture and injustice. Who will be held responsible for these omissions?

There is no law that states that prosecutors or judges who engage in crime instead of justice are protected. Citizens have the right to be informed and to basic human rights.

The HJPC and the chief prosecutor must start doing their job and provide answers to many questions for the citizens of BiH, especially for the victims who have been waiting for justice for 30 years.

A drastic example is the village of Biljani near Ključ, where 258 civilians were executed. There is no indictment, no verdict. Who will be held responsible for this inaction and injustice?

There can no longer be questions of goodwill from those who prosecute and judge, nor from those who comment on such indictments/verdicts. It is time for accountability from those who prosecute/judge without justice and lead citizens into a vicious dark circle, in which even experts from The Hague get lost.
