A fire broke out today in a building in Berlin housing asylum seekers, and a large number of people were injured, firefighters announced today.
The cause of the fire in the building in the Friedenau district, in the southwest of the German capital, is not yet known.
"A fire broke out in the refugee center," the fire department announced on Twitter.
The same source states that there are 70 firefighters at the scene, and that a large number of people have been injured.
