Velika Kladuša: A.K. arrested for sexual intercourse with a child

Police officers of the Federal Police Administration today, acting on a warrant from the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša, and under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton, carrying out activities within their jurisdiction, conducted a search at one location in the municipality of Velika Kladuša, while another search is underway in the same area, announced the FUP, as reported by the Patria news agency.

A.K. was arrested, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Sexual intercourse with a child" under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of "Exploitation of a child or minor for pornography" under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the search, computer equipment, mobile phones, SIM cards, optical media, two bayonets, and other items related to the aforementioned criminal offenses were found and temporarily seized.

The arrested person will be brought to the official premises of the Federal Police Administration in Bihać during the day for criminal processing, after which, within the legal deadline, they will be handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton, along with a report on the committed criminal offense and the perpetrator, for further competent action.

The Social Work Service has taken custody of two minor children, who will remain under their supervision and guardianship until further notice, the statement reads.
