(Patria) - Šefik Džaferović, member of the BiH Presidency, following today's events at the BiH Presidency session where the Annual National Plan (ANP) was removed from the agenda, as well as the postponed decision on the candidate for the Council of Ministers, stated that all forces must be directed towards respecting BiH laws.
“The cause of these problems is the unilateral effort of political representatives from the RS, led by Milorad Dodik, to halt BiH's NATO path. No one has the right to halt it through their independent action. We are all obliged to respect the laws of this country. If someone thinks things should go differently, they should test it through BiH institutions.
If it is adopted, then it must also be respected. But outside of institutions, it is illegal. The ANP is compliance with the Law on Defense and the decisions of the BiH Presidency.
Agreements should continue, I hope it will not last until 2022. BiH must not deviate from this principle, and I hope for the help of our friends,” said Džaferović.
He specified that the BiH Constitution and laws require all citizens and all peoples of this country to respect them.
“We are all obliged, you and I, to respect the Constitution, laws, and decisions made through BiH institutions,” added Džaferović, specifying that principles cannot be applied partially, as that would lead BiH into anarchy.
