MINISTERS FROM RS SET CONDITION: Council of Ministers of BiH removed 'reform laws' and chief negotiator from agenda

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH removed three items from the agenda.

Today, the Proposal of the Decision on the establishment of the Office of the Chief Negotiator of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the European Union as a temporary body of the Council of Ministers of BiH (2nd round of voting), the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Court of BiH were withdrawn.

The previous two regular sessions were not held because SNSD blocked the agenda, which is why the Council of Ministers of BiH held two emergency sessions in the meantime to make decisions that could not wait for the regular term.

There will be no discussion on the BiH negotiator with the EU, nor on the laws on the HJPC and the Court of BiH at today's session.

The withdrawal of these items was a prerequisite for the ministers from RS for the session to be held.
