Careless drivers are often a threat to other road users, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria. Thus, on the main Sarajevo road, drivers often stop in places that are not intended for that purpose, thereby slowing down and preventing the normal flow of traffic.
Stopping a car in the middle of a lane to withdraw money from an ATM, buy something, or unload goods is not an excuse for endangering someone's safety. Especially considering the high volume of vehicles on this road.
It is obvious that despite traffic controls by the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, drivers and pedestrians continue with old habits and do not respect the basic rules of conduct in traffic.
