Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority initiates procedure for director selection

The Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (UO UIO) of Bosnia and Herzegovina today adopted the report on the work of the UIO for the past year, which established that 6.354 billion in revenue was collected, which is 113 million more than in the previous year.

Members of the Management Board supported the work of the Authority, noting that they are satisfied with the results achieved in this institution, with a suggestion to take additional measures in segments where problems have been identified.

At a special session today, the Management Board initiated the procedure for selecting the director of this institution after the competition for that position was closed.

According to legal procedures, the Management Board acts as the commission that selects the director, and the procedure concludes with the submission of a ranking list to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
