UNDP and the KS Government Continue Cooperation in the Work of the Labour Market Reform Council

(Patria) - Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Mario Nenadić and Minister of Finance Jasmin Halebić discussed with Edis Arifagić, Head of the Local Development Programme of UNDP in BiH, the implementation of joint procurement of medical and protective equipment for the needs of institutions in Sarajevo Canton.

On this occasion, Arifagić informed the Prime Minister about the delivered equipment and the plan for the delivery of the remaining equipment, which, as announced, is planned to be completed by the middle of this month. The continuation of the work of the Labour Market Reform Council, established last year, was agreed upon, and UNDP will administer this body and, together with the Government of Sarajevo Canton, continue cooperation, including representatives of the Employers' Association and members of the Economic and Social Council.

Future projects related to the economy, finance, social and utility services were also discussed, and weekly coordination on all joint projects was agreed upon.
