Serbian actor Marinko Madžgalj passed away at the age of 37 after a long battle with illness. Marinko Madžgalj underwent surgery in August last year due to pancreatic problems, media report.
Although it seemed the actor was recovering, doctors were unwilling to give prognoses.
Marinko Madžgalj was born in 1978 in Belgrade, but grew up in Kotor as well. He gained popularity in the television series Crni Gruja, as well as in the group Flamingosi, with which he sang alongside Ognjen Amidžić.
He also tried his hand at hosting. Molière brought him great popularity at the beginning of his career. He was married to actress Dubravka Mijatović, with whom he has a daughter.
