(Patria) - Six young people, raspberry pickers, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were seriously and lightly injured last night in the village of Gornja Pološnica near Kosjerić when a tractor they were returning from picking veered off the road into the yard of a house.
The tractor, as Blic has learned, was driven by a young man from Bosnia and Herzegovina who will turn 18 in December.
Six day laborers from the Podrinje region were heading home to their accommodation by tractor, owned by the raspberry grower who hired them, after finishing their work last night.
In the Veselinovići hamlet, the tractor went off the road, entered a yard, crashed into a summer house next to the house, and overturned.
All pickers were transported to the Užice General Hospital where they received assistance, and one of them was kept for treatment due to a serious leg injury.
The minor who was driving the tractor was questioned as a suspect and a criminal complaint will be filed against him. A report is also expected to be filed against the tractor owner.
