(Patria) - Two people were killed in attacks by Ukrainian drones in Russia's border region of Belgorod on Wednesday, the regional governor said, Reuters reported last night.
Vyacheslav Gladkov, writing on Telegram, said drones killed an eighteen-year-old man on a motorcycle in a village near the border and a woman in her car in the town of Graivoron, also near the border.
Belgorod has been a frequent target of Ukrainian forces during Russia's four-year war with Ukraine.
Ukrainian shelling of a state building in the city of Belgorod last week killed four people.
