Nine people arrested, Horde Zla cannot enter Grbavica

(Patria) - Ahead of tonight's eternal Sarajevo derby between Željezničar and Sarajevo, several fans were detained in Grbavica.

Unpleasant scenes occurred today in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Grbavica near the elementary school "Grbavica 2", where several members of the fan group Horde Zla came to confront members of Manijaci.

A major conflict was prevented by the swift intervention of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.

Nine fans of the Horde Zla group, who were carrying wooden planks and construction hard hats, were detained.

The Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton later decided that Sarajevo fans would not be allowed into the stadium.

The popular Horde Zla were supposed to be placed in the northern stand of Grbavica Stadium, and they received 1,500 tickets, and that section was fenced off, but it will now remain empty.
Namely, after today's riots in the Grbavica neighborhood, the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton decided to ban Horde Zla from entering Grbavica Stadium.

"FK Željezničar informs the public that the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton has decided to ban visiting fans from attending tonight's derby. The decision was made due to today's incident in the Grbavica neighborhood involving fans of FK Sarajevo, and due to police knowledge of planned riots by visiting fans at Grbavica Stadium," reads a statement from the Football Club Željezničar.

Let us recall, at least nine fans of the Football Club Sarajevo were taken to the official premises of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton after the riots that occurred in Grbavica.
