SARAJEVO, (Patria) - One-month custody has been ordered for all ten persons arrested in operation "LIM 2" at the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office, confirmed the spokesperson of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton, Azra Bavčić.
"Custody was ordered due to the risk that the suspects, if at liberty, might repeat the criminal offense," said Bavčić.
The court rejected the prohibition measures for four persons for whom the Prosecutor's Office had proposed such measures. The Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton announced an appeal against the court's decision regarding the rejection of the prohibition measures.
