
(Patria) - Members of the Federal Police Administration (FUP), after criminal processing, handed over four men arrested in the operation codenamed "Rapid" to the KS Prosecutor's Office.
Two suspects were arrested in the Sarajevo area, and one each in Konjic and East Sarajevo.
Faktor was unofficially confirmed that the arrested individuals handed over to the Prosecutor's Office are: Adnan Vuk (1991), Maid Maslak (1996), Omer Čolaković (1992), and Zijo Novalić (1984).
During the searches, FUP members found and seized about 74 kilograms of speed, about 12 liters of amphetamine oil, nine packages with several hundred ecstasy tablets, weapons, ammunition..., and other items that will be used in the criminal proceedings.
In the previous period, about eight kilograms of amphetamine narcotic drug were found and temporarily seized from associates of this organized criminal group, the FUP stated.
The KS Prosecutor's Office previously announced that today's arrests were preceded by a multi-month investigation by the KS Prosecutor's Office and the FUP, and that special investigative actions were carried out in relation to the suspects.
Searches were conducted in the areas of Sarajevo, Konjic, and East Sarajevo.
