Detainees Released to Defend Themselves from Freedom, Kučuk Posted on Facebook

Those arrested in the operation codenamed "Gibraltar" have been released after the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a one-month detention.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina as unfounded because it found no existence of reasonable suspicion, which is a basic condition for ordering detention.

Recall, in the operation "Gibraltar," members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the director of the marketing agency S.V.R.S.A., Neven Kulenović, then Belma Kulenović, Sanjin Kulenović, high-ranking officials of the company HT Eronet Stipo Prlić and Zoran Bakula, the deputy general director of PINK BH Lajla Torlak, the director of Mreže plus Darko Aleksić, the director of the agency MITA Ejub Kučuk, and the owner of the agency Fabrika Senad Zaimović. 

After being released from detention, Kučuk posted on his Facebook profile, noting that all his electronic devices had been confiscated and asked that no one call him.

- The fight for truth, honor, and dignity continues, all this will last a long time, irreparable damage has been done to our business (3 days, 3 clients canceled contracts) and to my reputation that I have been building for decades. And I will fight with dignity and head held high because you all who were with me deserve it.
Although the conditions in detention are terrible, the people who work there are largely wonderful, some of them even try to comfort you, give you energy, and encourage you to think positively. Even the investigators showed a high level of understanding, they were more than correct during the search, and I promised them that I would write this when I got my hands on Facebook – wrote Kučuk.
