Two men and a woman arrested for throwing explosive device at a cafe in Pofalići

(Patria) - Sarajevo police identified and found two men and a woman suspected of throwing explosive devices at the Square 48 cafe in Pofalići on December 13. 

"Working on clarifying the criminal offense under Article 323 (Causing general danger) in connection with Article 293 (Damage to another's property) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, committed on 13.12.2022 in Zmaja od Bosne Street, Novo Sarajevo municipality, which resulted in damage to the catering facility 'Square 48', on 15.12.2022, police officers of the Novo Sarajevo Police Department and the Department for Property Crimes arrested the following persons: E.M., born in 1995 in Srebrenica, H.P., born in 1997 in Sarajevo, and I.H., born in 1981 in Bihać, all residing in Sarajevo.

During the search of the apartment used by I.H. in the Ilidža municipality, as well as the search of the passenger motor vehicle used by her, one digital scale and a certain amount of substance resembling the narcotic drug speed were found and seized," announced the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton. 

The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed, and the arrested persons were handed over to the detention facilities for detained persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton. Police officers are continuing criminal processing of the mentioned persons.
