Banjaluka Residents Arrested for Seven Counts of Grand Theft

(Patria) - R.V. and Z.A. from Banjaluka were arrested on 12/31/2021 on suspicion of committing seven counts of grand theft in the Banjaluka area, causing material damage of approximately 25,600 BAM, it was announced by the Police Administration of Banjaluka.

"By breaking into just one apartment, they stole money and jewelry worth approximately 17,700 BAM. Also, in another apartment, they stole money and valuables amounting to approximately 5,000 BAM, while in the other break-ins, they caused material damage amounting to approximately 2,900 BAM," the statement said.

It was added that searches of premises in the Banjaluka area used by the suspects were carried out, during which money in the amount of 5,500 BAM and a wristwatch were found and confiscated.

All measures and actions within this case were taken under the supervision of the District Public Prosecutor's Office of Banjaluka, and by order of the Basic Court in Banjaluka.
