One person arrested for war crimes

Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested a person with initials K.D. (1953) this morning (8.10.2015) in the area of Foča for war crimes, reports the Patria News Agency.

The person with initials K.D. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense from Article 172, paragraph (1) of the BiH Criminal Code, "Crimes against humanity", in the area of Foča municipality during 1992.

The arrested person was brought to the official premises of SIPA, where criminal processing is being carried out, after which they will be handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings.
