
(Patria) - In Sarajevo today, S.J. (born 1977) from Sarajevo was deprived of liberty on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of Attempted Murder (Article 166, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 28 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), as well as H.G. (born 1985) from Sarajevo on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of Aiding in connection with the criminal offense of Attempted Murder (Article 33 in conjunction with Article 166/28 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The 48-year-old and the 40-year-old are suspected of having committed the aforementioned criminal offenses on January 19, 2025, in the area of the Ilidža municipality, to the detriment of S.F. (born 1981), born in Konjic, residing in Sarajevo, who sustained a serious bodily injury caused by a firearm.
The detained individuals are in the official premises of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton undergoing criminal investigation, after which they will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton.
