Arrested Bilsena Šahman was to become director of the Public Institution Pharmacy Sarajevo, Hrelja remains acting director

Bilsena Šahman, who was arrested in the operation „Lutka 2“ together with Bakir Dautbašić, could become the director of the Public Institution Pharmacy Sarajevo, the Patria news agency learns.

This well-known pharmacist, a member of the SBB, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing the judiciary by influencing witness Azra Sarić, who testified in Kosovo in the case of Naser Kelmendi.

Allegedly, the Supervisory Board of the Pharmacy Sarajevo proposed Šahman for the director of the Pharmacy, but the current director Nedim Hrelja is still in the running. The Patria news agency tried all day to establish contact with representatives of the Public Institution Pharmacy Sarajevo, but we did not succeed, and even the spokesperson of the Pharmacy Sarajevo did not return our call after we explained the reason for our call.

As we learn, the Public Institution Pharmacy Sarajevo actually knows nothing about this possible appointment, because no document has yet arrived in writing. Neither the Minister of Health of the Sarajevo Canton, Zilha Ademaj, answered our calls, while the Pharmaceutical Chamber of the Sarajevo Canton also knows nothing about this.

However, as Edo Hasanbegović, the president of the Supervisory Board of the Pharmacy, confirmed to us, at yesterday's session, Nedim Hrelja was elected as acting director.
