34-year-old woman from Sarajevo arrested for drug dealing

On Tuesday around 7:45 PM, police officers from the Department for Combating Narcotic Drug Abuse of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton MUP arrested A.I.S., born in 1981 in Sarajevo, where she resides, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that she committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

During a personal search, followed by a search of the apartment she uses in the municipality of Vogošća, as well as a passenger motor vehicle, the following was found and confiscated:

- 45 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug amphetamine,

- 14 small packages with a herbaceous substance resembling the narcotic drug marijuana, and

- one box with the narcotic drug hashish.

After the completion of the criminal investigation, A.I.S. will be handed over today to the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo, along with a report on the committed criminal offense.
