Accomplice of drunk driver who shot Mujo Čutuna in Reljevo on Friday arrested

The shooting in the Reljevo settlement, which occurred on Friday around 2:40 PM and in which Mujo Čutuna (1984) was wounded, was preceded by an argument between Čutuna and a certain Žepa, the BH News Agency Patria has learned.

Brothers Mujo and Memnun Čutuna were on a bus that stopped because it could not pass due to a parked Golf 2 vehicle. The Čutuna brothers recognized the owner, whom they knew from before (nickname Žepa), and asked him to move the car so the bus could continue.

However, the car owner was visibly intoxicated and responded to the brothers with a curse and pulled out a pistol, firing one shot into the air. In an attempt to subdue him, Mujo sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, after which the car driver fled in an unknown direction.

The wounded young man recently had a child and, after receiving medical assistance, was released for home treatment.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton confirmed to Patria that Žepa's accomplice was arrested several hours later, while the police are still searching for Žepa, writes NAP.
