Sanitary inspector M.R. arrested for allowing two citizens into BiH for money

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Police officers of the Federal Police Administration, undertaking measures and actions within their jurisdiction, have arrested a sanitary inspector of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs with initials M. R. (1963) at the Orašje border crossing, who is suspected of the criminal offense of accepting gifts and other benefits.

The arrested person is suspected that, in his capacity as a sanitary inspector at the mentioned border crossing on March 17, for a small financial gain, he failed to perform sanitary control and order administrative isolation measures for two citizens returning from a country affected by the coronavirus pandemic, and allowed them to enter BiH.

Based on a court order, the premises of the Federal Sanitary Inspection used by the suspect were searched.
