Fraudster Eldin Komad Arrested, Handed Over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office

Police officers of the Third Police Station found and arrested Eldin Komad, born in 1982 in Čapljina, on a warrant issued by the Sarajevo Municipal Court for the criminal offense of fraud, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Azra Bavčić, spokesperson for the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo, confirmed to Patria that Komad has been handed over to this prosecutor's office and will be detained for 24 hours, with the prosecutor determining further measures after the hearing.

Komad was previously arrested for this criminal offense. He has been convicted multiple times for fraud and illegal possession of weapons.

Incidentally, the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton issued the warrant on March 25, 2016.
