Suspect arrested for last night's murder in Tuzla's Miladije neighborhood

(Patria) - One person was killed last night in the Miladije neighborhood of Tuzla. The suspect for the murder was arrested thanks to a swift police intervention.

According to unconfirmed information, two more people are being sought, RTV TK reports.

The suspect, as stated, is known to the police for violent behavior, abuse of people and animals, and drug use.

Residents say that the victim was shot at close range with a firearm.

However, at the MUP TK Operational Center this morning, they were cautious about providing information on the case.

As they told Faktor, at 7:20 PM last night, a report was received about shouting and commotion coming from an apartment in Mitra Trifunovića Uče street, in the Miladije neighborhood, after which a gunshot was heard.

They also confirmed that the body of an unknown man was found in the apartment, adding that the Prosecutor's Office has not yet commented on the qualification of this act, meaning it has not yet been confirmed how the man died.
