Federal Police Administration (FUP) officers arrested one person today who is directly linked to the burning of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina building and the Archives of BiH during the February protests that culminated in violence. As the Patria news agency has learned, Nihad Trnka was arrested due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of "Terrorism" under Article 201 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in connection with the criminal offense of "Attack on the Constitutional Order" under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of BiH, as he is directly linked to the burning of the Presidency of BiH building, i.e., the Archives of BiH.
