Minister Nešić and six others arrested for multiple criminal offenses

(Patria) - In an investigation conducted by the BiH Prosecutor's Office together with the Directorate for Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, on 26.12.2024, in a case concerning corrupt criminal offenses, by order of the prosecutor, Nešić Nenad, Minister of Security in the Council of Ministers of BiH, Dakić Milan, Director of Public Enterprise Roads of RS, Lučić Mladen, and four other persons were deprived of liberty.

They are suspected of having committed criminal offenses as managers of the Public Enterprise Roads of RS and persons who did business with the said company - association for the commission of criminal offenses (Art. 249 CC BiH), money laundering (Art. 209 CC BiH), abuse of official position or authority (Art. 315 CC RS), and receiving bribes (Art. 319 CC RS).

The BiH Prosecutor's Office will inform the public later about the further course of the investigation.
