SARAJevo, (Patria) - Muris Halkić, Minister of Health of USK, was arrested on the order of the Una-Sana Canton Prosecutor's Office, confirmed N1 spokesperson of this judicial institution Irena Marjanović-Čavkić, spokesperson for the USK Prosecutor's Office.
Halkić is accused of committing the criminal offense of abuse of position in conjunction with the criminal offense of non-execution of a court decision.
"It is suspected that for a period of more than two months, the suspect failed to execute a court decision imposing prohibitions on a legal entity, which resulted in influencing the prosecution's investigation in another case," explained Irena Marjanović-Čavkić, spokesperson for the USK Prosecutor's Office, to N1.
More information will be available when Halkić is questioned by the acting prosecutor.
