Fadil Karović arrested for months of theft in Sarajevo

Based on a warrant, police officers of the III Police Station on Wednesday found and arrested Fikret Karović, born in 1971 in Sarajevo, where he resides, for multiple criminal offenses of theft, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

- During a search of the apartment he uses in Safeta Hadžića street, Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, items were found and confiscated that most likely originate from criminal offenses: 3 laptops, a large quantity of gold and silver jewelry, burglary tools, etc. During the interview, he admitted that in the past period, in the areas of Novi Grad Sarajevo and Novo Sarajevo municipalities, he committed multiple criminal offenses of aggravated theft in houses and apartments - it was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

Also, Š.B. from Sarajevo was questioned as a suspect for the criminal offense under Article 300 of the Criminal Code of FBiH (Concealment). After the criminal investigation is completed, Karović will be handed over to the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo with a report on the committed criminal offenses.
