SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Members of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the support of a special unit, arrested a man last night who threw an explosive device in the Grdonj settlement.
There were no injuries.
During the multi-hour search, the man hid in the settlement, and according to the portal Klix, citing unofficial information, he was found with weapons - a rifle, a pistol, and a bomb. The suspect is known to the police and has been treated at the Neurology Clinic in Sarajevo.
It is not yet known why he threw the bomb. There were no injuries in the incident. This part of Sarajevo was under police siege, and as previously reported by "Dnevni avaz", strong police forces were near the house where the shooting occurred.
Police also deployed a drone and searched abandoned buildings.
