Former KJKP Gras Director Ibrahim Jusufranić Arrested

Today, 01.09.2015, by order of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office Sarajevo, the Federal Police Administration arrested suspects Jusufranić Ibrahim, Petrović Branislav and Grđo Abdulah due to the existence of founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority under Article 383 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH and others, which, given the manner of execution and the extent of the damage caused, caused serious repercussions and harmful consequences for KJKP "Gras" Sarajevo and the Budget of Sarajevo Canton, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

They will be questioned by the acting prosecutors, after which a decision will be made regarding further measures and actions.
