40-year-old arrested: Threw fellow passenger out of taxi and robbed him

At the Kotor Varoš Police Station, on Saturday, March 26, S.D. reported that on a section of the regional road Kotor Varoš – Skender Vakuf in the place of Luke, municipality of Kotor Varoš, an unknown person committed the criminal offense of aggravated theft, in a particularly dangerous or brazen manner, the RS Ministry of Interior announced, as reported by the Patria news agency.  

The unknown perpetrator, threatening the use of physical force, threw S.D. out of the taxi in which they were traveling together and stole his bag with money and personal items, causing material damage of 3,500 KM.

Police officers of the Kotor Varoš Police Station, through operational work, discovered that the robber was V.T. (born 1976) from Kotor Varoš and arrested him. The duty prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka was informed of all circumstances and ordered that the person be released after the criminal investigation, and that upon completion of the case in regular procedure, a report be submitted for the committed criminal offense, the RS Ministry of Interior stated.
