Associations united: Ivanić and Crnadak should stop illegal actions

We call on Mladen Ivanić, member of the BiH Presidency, and Igor Crnadak, BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs, to refrain from illegal actions aimed at stopping the submission of requests for the review of the case before the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The review is a legal process, and we consider any extra-institutional attempts to stop the BiH agent before the International Court of Justice from submitting the request for review as a violation of BiH laws, it was announced by eight victim associations, Patria reports.

- We call on the BiH Prosecutor's Office to initiate pre-investigative actions regarding the sabotage, obstruction, and blocking of the review procedure of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the International Court of Justice. We demand that the BiH Prosecutor's Office immediately and without fail record all statements by officials who have called and are calling for the halting of the review procedure.

We, the victims of genocide, will treat every subsequent attempt to halt the legal review process before the International Court of Justice, regardless of who is involved, as a criminal offense and a threat to our rights, as well as a denial of genocide. In this regard, we will file criminal charges against any individual, group, or organization, regardless of whether they are domestic or foreign officials.

We invite all international experts who believe they can contribute to the review of the verdict to get involved and provide support to the team, thereby contributing to the successful fight of victims for justice. The doors of the Institute and the Expert Team are open to anyone who believes they can contribute.
