Accident near Žepče: Two trucks and a Ford collide, one person injured

(Patria) - One person was injured in an accident that occurred this morning on the M-17 main road Žepče - Maglaj, in the locality of Goliješnica.

Spokesperson for the Police Administration of the ZDK Ministry of Interior Samir Valentić confirmed for Faktor that the accident happened at 10:40 AM, involving two trucks - a Mercedes and a MAN, and a passenger vehicle of the Ford brand.

- The driver of the Ford car, P.V. (born 1952) from Žepče, was transported to the Health Center for medical assistance after the accident, and we currently have no feedback on the extent of injuries - Valentić said.

Traffic is currently completely halted until the police investigation is completed, resulting in long queues of vehicles forming on this road route.
